BlueTie to Provide Business-Class E-mail Application as Part of $50,000 Grand Prize for Budding Entrepreneurs — BlueTie Founder David Koretz to Participate in a Live "Just Start" Event in New York City

ROCHESTER, N.Y., November 7, 2007 — BlueTie, Inc. (www.bluetie.com), the first company to offer hosted e-mail and calendaring integrated with the Web's most useful services, today announced that it is a sponsor of the Intuit "Just Start" contest (www.iwilljuststart.com). BlueTie's commitment to small business and emerging entrepreneurs complements the contest's goal to inspire the 72 percent of Americans who dream of starting their own business to take the next step in turning this aspiration into reality. As part of the $50,000 grand prize, BlueTie will donate professional e-mail software services to help one aspiring entrepreneur successfully start and run their own business. As part of the campaign, Intuit will also host a "Just Start Lounge" in Grand Central Terminal Thursday November 8th and Friday November 9th from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. BlueTie founder and CEO David Koretz will be on-hand Friday to answer questions from aspiring entrepreneurs looking to start and build great businesses.

Interested entrepreneurs can read all contest rules and submit their business ideas at www.iwilljuststart.com.

For the grand prize winner, BlueTie will donate the Pro version of its Web-based e-mail software with BlackBerry Synch for up to five employees for three years. The e-mail, calendar and collaboration solution is ideal for emerging businesses that need communication speed and agility, with little or no IT involvement. BlueTie Pro also includes shared contacts and files, spam and virus protection for e-mail, domain support, instant messaging, and 10 GB of storage per user. There are currently hundreds of thousands of small businesses standardized on BlueTie Pro for communications.

"Communications is a vital aspect of any business, and BlueTie provides a cost-effective way for entrepreneurs to build relationships with colleagues, partners and customers effectively without wasting time setting up and maintaining their IT," said David Koretz, president and CEO of BlueTie. "We understand the specific needs of the small business community, and we are excited to contribute to Intuit's "Just Start" contest."

More than 200,000 small and medium size business (SMB) customers have subscribed to BlueTie’s e-mail service in the past year alone, and the company expects to have over three million total subscribers by the end of the year. BlueTie's solution integrates Web-based services such as travel planning and e-mail marketing from well known brands. Called Featuretisements, BlueTie customers can activate these functions and use them to manage a variety of business and personal tasks directly from the BlueTie application window. BlueTie Pro is available on www.bluetie.com, and is also distributed through channel partners and technology integrators.
