Registered Receipt email provides:
- Proof of delivery, with legally verifiable evidence that email was sent and received, according to standards defined by the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. No extra steps, no special software for recipients.
- Proof of content provides a legal record of the message body and all attachments sent and received—without third-party storage (by R-Post or others) of the original email or receipts.
- Official timestamp of the message from the sender—at the time RPost receives it, and at the time the message delivers to each destination server. RPost time is set via Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) controlled by the Atomic Clock.

Sender Options
- “Marked” messages adds the trademark “(R)egistered:” in the subject line and places a “Registered Email” banner within the email. This makes the recipient aware that the message is a Registered Email, with timestamped proof of delivery and content.
- “Unmarked” messages give you protection without alerting the recipient. No “Registered Email” banner or markings will appear on the recipient’s end. However, you will still receive a Registered Receipt email.
