We have adopted this Trademark Usage Policy to maintain the integrity of BlueTie, Inc's brand names, logos, slogans, and other trademarks (collectively referred to in this policy as our "marks").
When referencing BlueTie, Inc. trademarks and registered trademarks, always include the proper notation after the name and logo. (® for Registered Trademarks and ™ for Trademarks) In text it is only necessary to annotate the first instance of the trademark in a given document or piece. After the first instance you may drop the ® or ™ after the word. When using logos, always include the ® or ™ in every instance.
BlueTie brands and logos, should always be attributed with the proper symbol on all presentations that are displayed to the public (sales, trade shows etc). For internal presentations, BlueTie brands and logos should also be attributed.
Some BlueTie, Inc. products include technology used under license from third party licensors. e.g. Symantec™, Oracle®. You may not use any such third party trademark without express permission from the owner.
BlueTie logos cannot be altered in any way. BlueTie, Inc. will provide authorized users with graphics samples for use in reproducing its logos. These samples should not be altered in any way and should be used in a manner that ensures that each representation of a logo is consistent, undistorted and clear. A logo should appear by itself, in a reasonable size, and should have a minimum amount of space on either side that equals its height.
When materials are co-branded, the prominence of the BlueTie logo should be at least proportionate to its contribution to the partnership.
